On Saturday May 2, 2020 between 13:00 UTC and 18:00 UTC we will be adding hardware to select POPs to increase the capacity and performance of our platform. There will be no disruption to network services during the maintenance, however network routing changes will occur as we perform the upgrades. This may result in increased latency for short periods of time. Additionally, there is a potential for false down/up alerts while the work is being performed, although we will take every precaution to prevent them.

Customers are encouraged to refrain from making changes to their networking configurations during this maintenance window. If changes are made, however, it may take up to 30 minutes for those changes to be reflected across our network if newly added infrastructure is not yet synced at the time the change is made.
